Our trading team is made up of Ronald Bruggeman, Simon Ferguson and Julian de Rond. Combined we have been directly involved in the full tea supply chain for over 75 years, having lived in origin countries and partnering with our customers. We deliver what our clients need and always keep a personal interest in ensuring quality service.
With over 50 years of logistics experience between them, Robert Schreuder and Erna Molenaar provide a disciplined and focused operation ensuring teas are delivered on time.
We constantly review rates and carry out cost comparisons so that we remain competitive. In addition, shipping schedules are monitored regularly and our partners are always given an up to date position of their teas.
The heart of our tea business will always be the sample room. It’s where the water gets boiled, the cups are brewed, teas are tasted and samples are measured, sent out to clients and stored.
On a daily basis all the teas that come in get tasted so we are aware of the quality in all the different origins.
